Antique 18ct Gold Carved Cameo Rose Pendant & Brooch
This 9ct gold (marked inside the gold rim) cameo brooch is very versatile. It can be worn either as a brooch or a pendant. The cameo shell is beautifully carved into a rose.
The brooch is 3.5cm in length (excluding the hinged and fold-down bale) and 2.5cm wide
